Jennifer L. FitzPatrick

Jennifer is a keynote speaker, coach, consultant and author of two books, including the newly released Reimagining Customer Service in Healthcare. A former psychotherapist, she loves helping health, senior living and mental health organizations improve recruitment/retention while offering the best possible customer service for patients, clients, residents, and family caregivers.
Jen is a former gerontology instructor at Johns Hopkins University's Certificate on Aging program and is an Advisory Board Member/Consulting Faculty Member at Salisbury University's School of Health & Human Services. She also serves on the board of Lifespan's Beacon Institute, an Argentum affiliate.
Jen has been featured on HLN, ABC, CBS, Sirius XM and in Forbes, U.S. News & World Report, Redbook, Fast Company and countless other media outlets.
One of fewer than 800 Certified Speaking Professionals worldwide, Jennifer is the author of
Cruising Through Caregiving: Reducing The Stress of Caring For Your Loved One

Jennifer also serves as a Care Advisory Board Member for HFC

Stephanie is a member of the Jenerations’ speakers bureau as well as our CE Compliance Director.
She is an Alzheimer's Association support group leader for the LGBTQ community and works in care management with Ferretto Young Eldercare Consulting. Her experience includes both working directly with patients and as a manager in mental health and long term care for over 20 years.
When not working, Stephanie enjoys spending time by the water and trying all kinds of new foods!

Joanna Frankel

Joanna is a member of the Jenerations speaker's bureau. She is also the founder of Frankel Care Consulting and on faculty at Howard Community College, teaching both Aging and Mental Health and Social Gerontology.
Joanna loves spending as much time as possible with her husband and two sons. She loves sushi and running.
FUN FACT: she was once a Baltimore Ravens cheerleader!

Ann Morrison

Dr. Morrison is former faculty from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center where she was an Investigator and the Education Specialist for many years.
She is also currently a gerontology instructor at the Johns Hopkins University Certificate on Aging Program. Recently moved to the beach, Ann reports she is “studying” the role of shoes versus flip-flops on brain function. She claims full size shoes hurt her brain!

Lesa is the Clinical Director at For All Seasons, Inc. as well as a Jenerations associate speaker. Lesa is an expert on attachment, trauma and psychotherapy.
Lesa's combined passion for teaching about trauma and her sense of humor offer attendees a unique opportunity to learn as well connect with one another.
Lesa’s guilty pleasure is eating popcorn with chocolate chips. She also loves romantic movies, tea and working out.

Courtney joined Jenerations in 2019 and has been integral in ensuring that our client experiences are as smooth as possible.
She is also working as a Customer Success Coach/Consultant and has over 25 years’ experience in marketing, customer relationship management and creating customer success programs.
When not working, Courtney enjoys time on the Chesapeake Bay with her 2 dogs and husband, reading and is also training for her third triathlon.

While lots of our customers assume this is his full-time gig, his "real" job has been working in the securities industry for over 25 years. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, he loves ND Football, the Red Sox and captaining his awesome boat, The Irish Whisper.
FUN FACT: He is also our founder's favorite person.

Caroline is a first-year MSW student at Salisbury University, in partnership with UMGC Europe. She has her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Loyola University. She has her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Loyola University. She has lived in Japan, Germany, Belgium, and England. She loves writing, finding different podcasts to listen to, learning new recipes, and practicing the piano.

Yolanda Wright, MSW, LMSW is a graduate from University of North Carolina-Greensboro with a BSW in Social Work and MSW from University of Maryland-School of Social Work. In her 44-year career, she worked in various areas and positions including hospital, home health, hospice, medical adult day program and Alzheimer’s Association.
In these positions, she offered guidance to staff, patients/families for resources, education, individual/group counseling and assessments of their needs. Her happy place is the beach. Since retirement in March 2023, she has enjoyed time at the beach, reading, traveling, outings with friends and family. Most of all, she loves being Nana to her 3 wonderful grands.

Cierra King is a BASW student with Salisbury University; partnering with the University of Maryland Global Campus. She is in the USAF and has an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and an Associates Degree in Business Administration. In her spare time she enjoys all things pink, baking cakes and spending time with family and friends .

Jennifer has been a practicing family law attorney for 25 years, experienced in working with families in crisis. She taught a portion of the local bar association's annual mediation training on three occasions.
She also has co-taught 2 seminars at an international (AFCC) conference, a mediator training course for family law mediation, and a 40-hour parenting coordination training.

Teddy Stewart

Teddy is a first-year Bachelor of Social Work student at Salisbury University, in partnership with UMGC Europe, and a retired U.S. Army veteran who served with distinction for 22 years.
Teddy believes that service doesn’t end when you take off the uniform—his passion for helping others led him to pursue a career in social work, where he can continue serving individuals, families, and communities in meaningful ways.
Teddy brings strong leadership, lived experience, and deep empathy to his role. He is especially interested in working with older and disabled veterans, families, and underserved populations. As an intern at Jenerations, he is eager to develop his skills in trauma-informed and strengths-based care while contributing to a supportive, client-centered environment.
A natural advocate and collaborator, Teddy is committed to helping organizations improve support systems for those who need it most. He values dignity, accessibility, and compassion in all areas of care.
Outside of school, Teddy enjoys BBQs, potlucks, and all things sports. A lifelong fan, his favorite college team is Florida State, and he proudly supports the San Francisco 49ers—with the Tennessee Titans as a close second, since he’s originally from Tennessee.

Shaquitta King

Shaquitta is currently in her first year of the online MSW program at Salisbury University while stationed in Germany.
With several years of experience as a daycare owner, she has provided a safe, nurturing environment for young children to grow and thrive. Now, Shaquitta is excited to transition into the field of social work and is committed to pursuing her path toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
She brings a great passion for supporting families and looks forward to applying her skills in this role.

Tawanda Redding

Tawanda is a graduate student at Salisbury University, currently pursuing her Master of Social Work (MSW) while maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from the Perdue School of Business and an Associate’s degree in Business and Accounting. For the 2025–2026 academic year, she will serve as the Social Events and Outreach Coordinator for the Graduate Student Council (GSC).
Tawanda is also the founder of TSR Private Creations, a boutique event planning business specializing in intimate, personalized experiences. Known for her creativity, attention to detail, and heart-centered approach, she brings warmth and intention to every event she plans.
A proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Tawanda exemplifies a lifelong commitment to service, leadership, and sisterhood—values that guide her work, her studies, and her service to the community.

Chrisandy Gomez

Her wife and dog, Deuce, are her biggest sources of inspiration and motivation in both her personal and professional life. Outside of studies and work, she runs, reads, cooks, and bakes to keep herself balanced and inspired.
