Jennifer L. FitzPatrick
MSW, CSP (Certified Speaking Professional)
Jennifer is a keynote speaker, author and consultant. A former psychotherapist, she is passionate about helping you better serve clients who wish they didn't need you BUT DO!
Jen is currently a gerontology instructor at Johns Hopkins University and is an Advisory Board Member/Consulting Faculty Member at Salisbury University's School of Health & Human Services.
Jen has been featured on HLN, ABC, CBS, Sirius XM and in Forbes, U.S. News & World Report, Redbook, Fast Company and countless other media outlets.
One of less than 800 Certified Speaking Professionals worldwide, Jennifer is the author of Cruising Through Caregiving: Reducing The Stress of Caring For Your Loved One (www.cruisingthroughcaregiving.com).
Jennifer also serves as a Care Advisory Board Member for HFC (www.wearehfc.org), the non-profit founded by Seth Rogen and Lauren Miller-Rogen.
FUN FACT: Having grown up in Philly, she will challenge anyone to a parallel parking contest.
Jen's Keynote Business Manager
Marcia has been Jen's keynote business manager since 2016. Meeting professionals and conference planners love working with her! She's adept at navigating the multitude of action steps associated with booking an event and walking it through to its very successful completion.
After several thousand events and working with thousands of clients, she has allowed her customer service and organizational skills to shine. She often says that she was born to do this.
In her free time, she is known as a flea market/garage sale addict, loves reading books, plays Bunco with her gal pals, plays darts with her husband, participates in board games and poker games when possible, and loves playing with her newest addition, Enzo, a beagle-lab mix, who came into her life almost a year ago as an 11-week old puppy. She grew up in Chicago and has lived in Colorado, San Diego, and Round Rock, TX, before her last move six years ago to a 2-/12-acre property in the outlying area of Louisville, KY.
Continuing Education Compliance
Director & Associate Speaker
Stephanie is a member of the Jenerations’ speakers bureau as well as our CE Compliance Director.
She is on faculty at Baltimore County Community College and works in care management with Ferretto Eldercare Consulting. Her experience includes both working directly with patients and as a manager in mental health and long term care for over 20 years.
When not working, Stephanie enjoys going to farmer’s markets and the beach. She also keeps busy juggling her kids’ swim meet schedules.
Joanna is a member of the Jenerations speaker's bureau. She is also the founder of Frankel Care Consulting and on faculty at Howard Community College, teaching both Aging and Mental Health and Social Gerontology.
Joanna loves spending as much time as possible with her husband and two sons. She loves sushi and running.
FUN FACT: she was once a Baltimore Ravens cheerleader!
Dr. Morrison is former faculty from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center where she was an Investigator and the Education Specialist for many years.
She is also currently a gerontology instructor at the Johns Hopkins University Certificate on Aging Program. Recently moved to the beach, Ann reports she is “studying” the role of shoes versus flip-flops on brain function. She claims full size shoes hurt her brain!
Lesa is the Clinical Director at For All Seasons, Inc. as well as a Jenerations associate speaker. Lesa is an expert on attachment, trauma and psychotherapy.
Lesa's combined passion for teaching about trauma and her sense of humor offer attendees a unique opportunity to learn as well connect with one another. Lesa’s guilty pleasure is eating popcorn with chocolate chips. She also loves romantic movies, tea and working out.
Director, Customer Experience
Courtney joined Jenerations in 2019 and has been integral in ensuring that our client experiences are as smooth as possible.
She is also working as a Customer Success Coach/Consultant and has over 25 years’ experience in marketing, customer relationship management and creating customer success programs.
When not working, Courtney enjoys time on the Chesapeake Bay with her 2 dogs and husband, reading and is also training for her third triathlon.
Online Learning Moderator
Kristen is one of Jenerations' Online Learning Moderators who keeps our virtual programs flowing smoothly!
She resides in Haddon Township -- a small South Jersey town just over the bridge from Philadelphia -- with her husband, their three teenagers and their three-year-old rescue mutt. She's also a transplanted Midwesterner who loves to read, garden and road trip with her family.

When you join us for a virtual event, Kim is one of the Jenerations' team members who keeps the event flowing!
Kim lives in Queenstown, Maryland with her husband, 3 kids and rescue dog. She enjoys going to the beach and can be found enjoying time with her family on their boat. Kim spends some of her time volunteering on the PTA at her kids' schools and attending their sports events. In her free time, Kim enjoys decorating and designing.
Coordinator, Customer Experience
Hannah joined Jenerations back in 2020 as an intern through Salisbury University's Social Work program. We are thrilled to have her on our team now while she pursues her MSW.
FUN FACT: Hannah played basketball from the time she was five years old until her freshman year of college as a point guard. For the last several years she has coached boy’s and girl’s recreational basketball at the elementary and middle school level.
Unpaid Intern/Director of Finance
Sean has overseen the invoicing for Jenerations since the company opened its doors.
While lots of our customers assume this is his full-time gig, his "real" job has been working in the securities industry for over 25 years. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, he loves ND Football, the Red Sox and captaining his awesome boat, The Irish Whisper.
FUN FACT: He is also our founder's favorite person.
Online Learning Moderator
Rachel is one of Jenerations' Online Learning Moderators who keeps our virtual programs flowing smoothly!
Upon her graduation from Virginia Tech with a BA in Marketing, Rachel went to work for Paychex, Inc. where she worked for 13 years as a top 10 percent sales associate nationwide.
More recently, Rachel has focused her efforts on non-profit and volunteer activities that allowed her to work to strengthen her community while raising her two young children. After serving as PTA President of her children’s elementary school, holding several leadership positions at Temple Rodef Shalom, and actively working for a variety of local nonprofits in a volunteer capacity, she joined the team at NV Rides as the Marketing and Communications Coordinator in 2019.
Rachel enjoys experiencing life with her family, building and sustaining relationships, and making an impact in her community. She resides in Falls Church, Virginia with her husband Marcus and two children, Emily (18) and Zachary (15).
Petra is a Jenerations intern. Petra is an MSW student at Salisbury University. She is currently interning at Jenerations and has big plans to make the world a better place, one person at a time.
Born and bred in Germany, Petra now lives in Virginia Beach where she is soaking in the beach life with her family. Against all stereotypes, she does have a sense of humor.
Elena is a Jenerations intern. She is a BSW graduate from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and a Social Work Phi Alpha Honors Society member. She is now pursuing her MSW with advanced standing through Salisbury University.
Elena is passionate about volunteer work, especially in her community. Locally, she can be found cooking for women's shelters and serving at her church's Manna Pantry. Her volunteer work has even taken her abroad to Ecuador and France.
She enjoys traveling, hiking, reading psychological thrillers, writing poetry, and photography in her free time.
