Jennifer L. FitzPatrick
MSW, CSP (Certified Speaking Professional)
Jennifer is a keynote speaker, author and consultant. A former psychotherapist, she is passionate about helping you better serve clients who wish they didn't need you BUT DO!
Jen is currently a gerontology instructor at Johns Hopkins University and is an Advisory Board Member/Consulting Faculty Member at Salisbury University's School of Health & Human Services.
Jen has been featured on HLN, ABC, CBS, Sirius XM and in Forbes, U.S. News & World Report, Redbook, Fast Company and countless other media outlets.
One of less than 800 Certified Speaking Professionals worldwide, Jennifer is the author of Cruising Through Caregiving: Reducing The Stress of Caring For Your Loved One (www.cruisingthroughcaregiving.com).
Jennifer also serves as a Care Advisory Board Member for HFC (www.wearehfc.org), the non-profit founded by Seth Rogen and Lauren Miller-Rogen.
FUN FACT: Having grown up in Philly, she will challenge anyone to a parallel parking contest.
Continuing Education Compliance
Director & Associate Speaker
Stephanie is a member of the Jenerations’ speakers bureau as well as our CE Compliance Director.
She is on faculty at Baltimore County Community College and works in care management with Ferretto Eldercare Consulting. Her experience includes both working directly with patients and as a manager in mental health and long term care for over 20 years.
When not working, Stephanie enjoys going to farmer’s markets and the beach. She also keeps busy juggling her kids’ swim meet schedules.
Joanna is a member of the Jenerations speaker's bureau. She is also the founder of Frankel Care Consulting and on faculty at Howard Community College, teaching both Aging and Mental Health and Social Gerontology.
Joanna loves spending as much time as possible with her husband and two sons. She loves sushi and running.
FUN FACT: she was once a Baltimore Ravens cheerleader!
Dr. Morrison is former faculty from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center where she was an Investigator and the Education Specialist for many years.
She is also currently a gerontology instructor at the Johns Hopkins University Certificate on Aging Program. Recently moved to the beach, Ann reports she is “studying” the role of shoes versus flip-flops on brain function. She claims full size shoes hurt her brain!
Lesa is the Clinical Director at For All Seasons, Inc. as well as a Jenerations associate speaker. Lesa is an expert on attachment, trauma and psychotherapy.
Lesa's combined passion for teaching about trauma and her sense of humor offer attendees a unique opportunity to learn as well connect with one another. Lesa’s guilty pleasure is eating popcorn with chocolate chips. She also loves romantic movies, tea and working out.
Courtney joined Jenerations in 2019 and has been integral in ensuring that our client experiences are as smooth as possible.
She is also working as a Customer Success Coach/Consultant and has over 25 years’ experience in marketing, customer relationship management and creating customer success programs.
When not working, Courtney enjoys time on the Chesapeake Bay with her 2 dogs and husband, reading and is also training for her third triathlon.
Online Learning Moderator
Kristen is one of Jenerations' Online Learning Moderators who keeps our virtual programs flowing smoothly!
She resides in Haddon Township -- a small South Jersey town just over the bridge from Philadelphia -- with her husband, their three teenagers and their three-year-old rescue mutt. She's also a transplanted Midwesterner who loves to read, garden and road trip with her family.
Unpaid Intern/Director of Finance
Sean has overseen the invoicing for Jenerations since the company opened its doors.
While lots of our customers assume this is his full-time gig, his "real" job has been working in the securities industry for over 25 years. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, he loves ND Football, the Red Sox and captaining his awesome boat, The Irish Whisper.
FUN FACT: He is also our founder's favorite person.
Online Learning Moderator
Petra is a one of Jenerations’ Online Learning Moderator. Petra is an MSW student at Salisbury University. She is currently interning at Jenerations and has big plans to make the world a better place, one person at a time.
Born and bred in Germany, Petra now lives in Virginia Beach where she is soaking in the beach life with her family. Against all stereotypes, she does have a sense of humor.
Online Learning Moderator
Courtney is one Jenerations' Online Learning Moderators who assists to ensure our virtual programs run seamlessly.
She is a resident of Watertown, CT where she lives with her husband and two children. She has a passion for organization, read & cooking and of course, making memories with her family.
Tayler is a current BSW student at Salisbury University. She is currently residing in a small town in Northern Italy with her dog Bella, but she is still a Missourian at heart.
In Tayler's free time, she enjoys exploring nearby countries, her favorite hidden gem is Slovenia. Aside from traveling, Tayler enjoys reading, taking long walks, and volunteering at her local American Red Cross.
Terrie is a Jenerations intern. She graduated with her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Arizona State University and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland Global campus.
She enjoys music, the great outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family (especially her cat, Hazel). Fun fact: she has been a folklorico dancer, a type of traditional folk dancing from Mexico, almost her whole life.
Matthew currently is an MSW student at Salisbury University through a partnership at the University of Maryland Global Campus- Europe Division. He is currently interning at Jenerations and is passionate about fitness, health and veterans' issues.
Originally from the land of 10,000 lakes in Minnesota, Matthew currently lives in Frankfurt, Germany with his lovely German wife, Sarah and German Shepard, Link. Sometimes, he feels Link speaks and understands German better than himself as Link loves to "speak" all the time!
Jannette is working towards her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Salisbury University with an overarching goal of completing her MSW. She has worked in clinical research for over 20 years and is passionate about patient advocacy and health literacy in the aging and rural communities.
