Care Coaching helps caregivers navigate the healthcare system when supporting an older loved one.  There are a myriad of professionals and organizations that help seniors and their family members.  This list includes assisted living communities, nursing homes, geriatricians, money managers, adult day care centers, home care agencies, elder law attorneys, geriatric care managers and many more.

It can be challenging for multiple family members to collaborate on making care decisions for a loved one.  Everyone may have a different opinion. Many family members find themselves in conflict over whether or not Mom should remain at home.  Family members sometimes argue over how money should be spent and who will provide what type of help to Mom.  Care Coaching offers much-needed consensus building for groups of family members finding themselves in conflict about what is best for an older loved one.

Care Coaching can be short-term: a appointment with Jennifer and her associates may be able to answer your questions and meet your family’s needs.  Other families prefer to work with Care Coaches on a longer term basis.
